Neil has been in financial services and mortgage broking for over 25 years. He has held senior posts in Halifax, Countrywide Assured, Barclays Life and Mortgages Direct (Spicerhaart).  With a wide range of experience and expertise Neil understands the diversity of the marketplace and which lenders offer the most appropriate schemes.

Wayne Coughlan - CeMap - (Mortgage Advisor)

Wayne has been working in the property industry for over 10 years, managing estate agents in Hertfordshire and North London. He has been arranging mortgages for several years and aims to give the best customer service possible. He mainly deals with difficult and challenging cases. Wayne shows time and time again he is prepared to go 'the extra mile' for clients to satisfy their requirements and beyond.

Roy Bourne Adv CeMap, CeRER, CeRGI, ACIB, LLB - (Mortgage Advisor)

Roy has spent his entire career working in banking, financial services and property finance. Since 1999 he has worked as a financial advisor in the mortgage and protection sectors.

After graduating from the LSE in 1975, Roy began his career with National Westminster Bank plc before joining Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd in 1979 where he became the Senior Manager of the Banking Department before joining Salomon Brothers International Ltd in 1985 as a Vice President and co-head of Structured Finance. He has subsequently been a director of British & Commonwealth Merchant Bank (1987-89), a Director of Richard Ellis Financial Services Ltd (1989-91) and the Finance Director of March Estates PLC (1991-98), an unquoted, institutionally funded, commercial property company, as well as being a non-executive director of a number of investment management and property investment companies.

Roy offers a level of personal service to his clients that has become rare in today's financial services environment.
